Get ready for 12 challenging months of intensive training at three of the group’s hotels in Scandinavia. You will learn about all aspects of our energy-filled, brave and enthusiastic company – and get hands on experience of sales, guest management, hotel operations and our unique culture. This will provide you with an excellent starting point for building your own career.

This is the Management Trainee programme

The programme will begin in January 2020 and will involve intensive training at three of the group’s hotels in Scandinavia. You will spend around four months at each hotel, focussing primarily on one key area at each hotel. You will be trained to the level of department manager/company manager. Excellent work ethic and plenty of flexibility are both expected during this period.

Who are you?

We know that you are ambitious and positive, and we also expect you to have at least two to three years of high education. We want you to have spent at least two years working at department manager level for Nordic Choice Hotels, or to have other, relevant industry experience. If you do not fulfil these requirements but want to tell us why YOU are the right candidate for next year’s Management Trainee programme, you are more than welcome to submit an application!

The leader of tomorrow?

Can you imagine a future as a manager of one of the group’s many exciting hotels? If so, we challenge you to submit a brief and informative application in which you tell us about your motivation for joining the Management Trainee programme. You must also specify which brand you want to apply to, as the training programme will largely take place at hotels in the Quality, Comfort or Clarion chains, or in the Nordic Hotels & Resorts group of independent hotels.

Starting date: 01/01/2020

Application deadline: 27th of July 2019. English, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language on the application.

Salary is covered by NCH and you will stay in duty rooms during the year.
