Cluster Revenue Manager – vikariat for one year

We are looking for a star in the field of Revenue Management to join our Revenue Center with location Sundbyberg, Stockholm.

The Revenue Center and its service is a true center of excellence with ambitious goals! That is why we are looking for the best in the field of Revenue Management. The Revenue Center was successfully launched one year ago and has since been setting new standards in Revenue Management and the way our franchise hotels perceive BWH Hotel Group Scandinavia as an organization and the domain of Revenue Management.

Your super powers
• Solid experience in Revenue Management.
• Excellent analytic capabilities and you are highly numerate.
• A strong command in Excel which might make you come across a bit nerdy at times.
• In-depth knowledge of PMS systems which comes as a plus.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

As a person you have a glass half-full mentality and a good sense of humor. You are team player, pro-active and not put off by rolling up your sleeve and get hands-on. You embrace challenges pro-actively with a can-do attitude and you approach work with a positive attitude.

Cluster Revenue Manager’s To-Do list
• Advise a designated portfolio of hotels in Scandinavia in all aspects of Revenue Management with the aim of growing the properties revenues and RevPar penetration.
• Identify and drive the hotel’s commercial performance through defined strategies.
• Control inventory and manage availability across channels.
• Analyse and monitor demand and competitive sets.
• Play a key role in forecasting and budgeting processes.
