Now we are looking for a driven and passionate food and beverage leader who together with us wants to continue to develop our already dynamic and prominent food and beverage department and hotel brand.

Director of Food and Beverage

Work responsibilities
As the Director of Food and Beverage you will be responsible of overseeing all food and beverage of the hotel, both front and heart of the house operations, including Culinary, Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, Banquets and Catering. You will be involved and drive most aspects related to your department including hiring, training, commercial strategies, cost control, budgeting, guest/employee satisfaction amongst other related departmental and hotel matters. The role includes building a strong relationship with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience for all our guests from beginning to end, you function as the main liaison between the F&B department and other departments and key stakeholders of the hotel. In the role as Director of Food and beverage your main focus is on growing revenues, maximizing the financial performance of the department and setting the department up for success today, tomorrow and for the future.

Background and personal characteristics
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and strategic business leader who strives to inspire and motivate his/her team.
• You have many years’ experience within leadership roles in high-end restaurants and/or hotels
• You’re an enthusiastic leader who inspires your co-workers to constantly grow and go the extra mile.
• You have a strong drive to constantly develop the product and organization
• You’re good with numbers, analytic and with documented good results
• Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
• You’re result and goal driven
• Out-going personality who has an easy way communicating with guests, co-workers and other relevant stakeholders
• Structure and good organizational skills.

And you obviously have a genuine love for food and beverage
