Commercial Manager

Vox hotel, the place to experience in the heart of Jönköping. A unique hotel with a restaurant that offers something more than a ordinary restaurant experience in Jönköping. Vox is growing, with a whole new floor. With these new plans Vox is now looking to recruit a Commercial Manager, a position which gives you a unique opportunity to work within a large part of the commercial spectra.

Main task:
Work together with the team at Vox to increase and optimize all revenue streams. As Commercial Manager, you will work with revenue management, e-commerce, marketing and distribution. You are analytical as well as sales-driven and focused on the details, you will work strategically on both long and short term. It's important that you have good skills in communication, to be able to lead the organization forward according to the strategies set in Vox management team. You should also be part of building a strong network within the Nordic Hotels & Resorts group to share experiences and knowledge.
One key task will be to build the brand Vox even stronger on both short and long term. It is also your responsibility to actively work with the hotels web sites voxhotel.se and voxrestaurant.se, to secure good content, strong conversion and to drive as much of the total business as possible through this channel.
Your daily focus is to optimize revenue across all segments and drive sales in all channels. Daily yielding- to sell the right product at the right time to the right customer and at the same time through the most profitable channels. You need to know your market and observe the competitors' pricing in the different channels.
The position is based in Jönköping at Vox hotel. As Commercial Manager you are also part of the hotels management team. The position reports directly to General Manager Vox hotel.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience can compensate.
• Experience from either Revenue Management, eCommerce or Marketing.
• Experience from PR/communication is an advantage.
• Analytical, structured and result oriented.
• Outgoing and with good communication skill.
• Energy, courage and enthusiasm.
