In 2019, we welcomed almost 20 new hotels in the portfolio. We have more to come, so our Profit Cluster team in Sweden, Denmark and Finland now needs the right person to further develop an already ambitious and skilled team consisting of almost 30 persons. We are no ordinary company, and neither is our Profit Cluster. At Nordic Choice Hotels we believe in taking risks, testing new ideas and being creative. We are linked closely to the operational part of the company, which means huge possibilities and no risk of ghosting. The path from decision to action is as at a minimum.

If you are Mx Right, you have extended experience in a similar position. You have expertise skills in management, strategy and analyzing, and you have the documentation to prove it. You also need to have lots of Energy, Courage and Enthusiasm. You see, that is our core values at Nordic Choice Hotels. Your base will be at our Swedish HQ, but as the team is located at different places, some travelling must be expected.

You will also work closely with the Norwegian Profit Cluster, where you will report to the Vice President of Total Profit. On top of that, you will cooperate with the management teams of our three hotel chains, different HQ departments, and be a key person in strategy development to ensure we keep our position as the most innovative company in the industry.

We are proud of our Nordic heritage, and you must master one of the Scandinavian languages fluent and written. We are also proud of our corporate culture, and some partying must be expected. Celebrating great results and ourselves is a major part of our culture.
