Summer nights are best spent on our rooftop park Stockholm Under Stjärnorna with concerts, DJs, outdoor cinema and much more.

We aspire to be a dining and nightlife destination in Stockholm where contrasts are always on the menu. Our different outlets are unique—each one with its own distinct personality—but together they make up At Six. Now, we are looking for someone to lead this exciting part of our hotel.

The Role and Our Philosophy
We are looking for a commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager with a finger on the pulse. For us, a dinner is never just a dinner, and we believe you feel the same.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll have the total responsibility of all food and beverage departments, including responsibility for results, budget and key performance follow-up. Your role will include both operational and strategic duties. In this position, you’ll develop concepts, campaigns and marketing initiatives with the aim of growing businesses and attracting new target groups.

You will report to our General Manager and be a part of the Strategic Management Team, where you will play a key role in our development and growth. Maintaining a good relationship with our partners, suppliers and colleagues will be part of your day-to-day. Your responsibility is to coach your team and provide them with the support they need.

This is a senior position that requires maturity, courage and enthusiasm. We see that you have several years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, being used to coaching leaders. You know when to demand and when to ask. Curiosity and a prestigeless approach is the backbone of your leadership. You know what our international competitors are doing, and you have a wide network where you can draw inspiration.

If we were to create a checklist for this position, it would look a little something like this:
• Having extensive experience working with high-end products is a must.
• Leading other leaders truly is an artform; an artform you master.
• Fluent in English? Perfect—if you’re fluent in another language as well, that would be a huge plus.
• “The proof is in the pudding” = meaning that we want actual proof of how you’ve improved results in previous workplaces.
• The perfect candidate keeps themselves updated on trends, movements and the latest in the industry.
• You are communicative with your colleagues, partners and customers—even if they don’t happen to be.
• Routines are very important in your work, which you love since you are a structured person.
