Over the past two years, Comfort Hotel Panorama has undergone a complete extensive transformation. We’ve rebranded, added rooms, refined our service levels and concepts – and now, as of June, we boast 336 newly renovated rooms. Our prime location offers easy access to Liseberg, Avenyn, and Svenska Mässan.

Comfort Hotel Panorama provides: a modern gym & relax , kitchen, laundromat, and a vibrant social work lounge. The heart of our hotel is the Barception – a unique blend of bar, café, reception, and deli, where check-in meets delicious treats and drinks. A convenient parking garage is also available. Our current General Manager, Samantha Bellamy, is moving on to Malmö where an exciting new challenge as GM of Comfort Hotel Malmö awaits her. This move truly exemplifies Comfort Hotel’s strong commitment to developing our people and fostering internal career growth.

Your to-do-list as a Comfort GM
• As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Panorama , you’re the leader on-site. From hitting occupancy targets and driving • financial results to building the brand, you act as the CEO of your hotel
• Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
• Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
• Keep an eye on the numbers, managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
• Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork, ensuring everything flows smoothly, from check-in to check-out
• Lead a small, tight-knit team, creating a fun, collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

Oh, and speaking Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) is kind of a big deal for this role — you’ll need it to keep up with meetings and day -to-day communications.
