We at BWH Hotel Group Scandinavia with over 160 hotels in Sweden, Norway and Denmark are further expanding our Revenue Center! The Revenue Center was launched in 2020 and consults by now more than 50 hotels across different countries. To continue with our growth journey, we are looking for you, who is tech savvy, considers system problems nothing else than an exciting riddle and cares to understand the day-to-day challenges of the team you are working with. A goal oriented and service-minded approach is part of your DNA!
Need to Have
• Awesome at solving software and even computer problems
• Keen on learning new software and systems
• Communicate fluently in English language (written and spoken)
• Enjoy working with support questions
Nice to Have
• Experience in Revenue Management
• In-depth knowledge of PMS systems (prior PMS experience is advantageous)
• Swedish language
• Experience in creating dashboards in BI tool (Power BI, QS, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
As a person you have a glass half-full mentality and a good sense of humour. You are team player, pro-active and not put off by rolling up your sleeve and get hands-on. You embrace challenges pro-actively with a can-do attitude and you approach work with a positive attitude.
Some of your To-Do’s
• Ensure reports are coming in correctly to our database
• Support the team with interface synchronizations
• Maintaining standardized hotel system configuration
• Creating new rate codes, mappings and troubleshoot issues
• Contribute to development of new BI dashboards
