Hotel Gustavia is one of the most iconic hotels in Chamonix. It’s located in front of the railway station and Mont Blanc in Chamonix city centre. It is the ideal accommodation for international skiers and people who love the mountain. It has been there since the end of the 1890’s –
Chambre Neuf is one of the best-known après-ski bars in the Alpes.
Chambre Neuf is a modern French bar and bistro serving a mix of classics and modern food. In winter time (December – April) it turns into one of the best classic after ski bars with live music. The bar and the restaurant are open from early morning to late night serving: coffee, drinks, lunch and dinner.
Hotel Gustavia has its own restaurant, mainly for the guests staying at the hotel.
We are looking for a dedicated kitchen manager. You are driven by working with a high and consistent quality, lead and inspire your colleges. Moreover, you need to be curious and have a personal interest in raw material, vine and dining. The food concept is modern food mixed with traditional dishes the position is demanding and high presence on site during service hours is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of English
