At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with 343 rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments adjacent to the hotel. Passionate About the Culinary Experience
At Six is a hotel with one restaurant, two bars, and a rooftop park, each unique in regards to products, inspiration, and atmosphere, all relentless in their pursuit of culinary excellence. Dining Room is one of Stockholm’s most praised restaurants with an award-winning kitchen. One of the most extensive wine lists in the city you’ll be able to find in Blanche & Hierta, and cocktails that locals flock to experience in our Cocktail Bar. Last but not least, a 1200 sqm rooftop terrace above the hotel, with concerts, DJs, cinema and other activities that is Stockholm Under Stjärnorna. A dining and nightlife hub in the center of Stockholm.
The role and Our Philosophy
As Restaurant Manager you’re in charge of the organization of our restaurant, lunch, in room dining and our wine bar Blanche & Hierta, efficiently managing and directing the team on duty. You will ensure that the restaurant is prepared on time for our guests and that customer satisfaction is exceeded. It is also essential that the restaurant is left organized, clean and set up for dinner service in accordance. You’re responsible for all in room dining as well.
Your team is made up of 30 people, including both extras and fulltimers, in which you need to maintain a positive and healthy environment at all times. It’s up to you to ensure the consistency of product quality and services, by always leading by good example. Your team comes from various cultures and backgrounds so we see that you have a strong knowledge on building teams. This role is both administrative and operational and you’re expected to actively participate and contribute to the development of the product. You will report directly to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

And what about you?
You’re an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for service, food and beverage. You’re keeping up with the trends in Stockholm and worldwide and know what it takes to stay in the game! High customer focus is a given in your daily work. You have the ability to lead and motivate your team and you’re an experienced leader. You thrive on training and coaching your team on a daily basis. We see that you have experience working within the premium segment in a similar role, are used to a varying work environment and have a keen eye for details. You are fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other languages are of course beneficial!
We believe you are energetic, humble and have a positive, friendly and customer focused attitude with a commitment to deliver a high level of customer service. You’re prestigeless and used to working “hands on”. You appreciate trying new things and have a creative mind.
To recap, do you have all of the below skills?
• Fluent in Swedish and English, beneficial in another language as well
• Have experience within the premium segment in a similar role
• Structured with a good knowledge of prioritizing and dividing your own time
• A calm and confident leadership with experience of training and coaching your team members
• Previous experience from a similar role
