Experienced Nordic Revenue & Distribution Manager

UNITY, a leading developer of microliving concept, is seeking a talented and experienced Revenue & Distribution Manager. As Revenue and Distribution Manager with UNITY you will play a crucial part of optimising revenue and ensuring financial success by implementing effective revenue management strategies and oversea the revenue generation process for UNITYs diverse portfolio.

You will be part of a Matrix organisation that supports the business throughout the Nordic region. This requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives together with the organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates across all properties.
• Analyse market trends, competitor data, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth and pricing optimisation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and strategies to drive revenue and attract new business.
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand, set pricing, and manage inventory effectively.
• Responsible for all distribution channels ensuring functionality and communication with suppliers such as OTAs, GDS suppliers.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and RevPAR, and occupancy to assess revenue performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct regular market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our pricing and revenue management strategies remain competitive.
• Foster strong relationships with property managers, letting agents, sales and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective revenue management practices are implemented consistently.
• Prepare revenue reports and present findings to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actionable strategies for revenue optimisation.
• You will work closely with and support the Swedish and Finnish General Managers (GMs).
• Managing a team consisting of a Distribution & Optimisation assistant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in revenue management or a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
• Experienced excel user.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and revenue management practices in the residential sector is desirable.
• Strong English skills and preferably you also speaks either Swedish, Danish or Finnish.
• Ideally, minimum 5 years experience operating in hotel companies within the Nordic markets.
