Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for 5 Support & Software Consultants to join our growing team. Within these roles you will undertake product support, training and installation of our range of hotel software solutions for new and existing clients. These positions require experience in some, or all, of the following areas: Hotel Front Office & Reservations Systems, Revenue Management, Hotel Accounting / Cashiering specifically within the hospitality industry. Existing experience and knowledge of Hotel Software solutions and delivery of training programmes would be a significant advantage.

The successful candidates must be capable of providing training, pre, and post-sales support combined with a keen interest in developing a career path in Hospitality Software Solutions.

What you will do:
• Install, train, and support our systems.
• Training and coaching of users, both onsite and remotely.
• Technical assistance and support, all incoming channels (telephone/e-mail, etc.).
• Active follow-up and feedback on open cases.
• Understand and meet customers’ requirements for optimal delivery quality.
• Increasing and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Creating and maintaining knowledge mana

Who you are:

• Possess a culture of support, operations, and high-quality service.
• Committed with an inherent sense of ownership.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
• Exemplary time management and organization skills
• Ability to occasionally work in a high-pressure environment.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Understand business impacts of operation issues, and care about customers (internal and external). Previous knowledge of Property Management Systems.
• Flexible, structured, independent, and service-oriented.
• Positive and committed employee with some technical understanding.
• Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Full Driver’s license.
• Outgoing and customer orientated.
• Strong communication skills, and follow-up capabilities.
• You must be fluent in either Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian languages. Swedish language skills would be an added advantage.
