We are now looking for our next Sous Chef.exciting times!

Breakfast, lunch, a la carte, events, set menus, ice menus, well we could go on telling you all the different kind of food we everyday serve our guests. We could also tell you that this is a very challenging role considering that we are one of Stockholms biggest hotels. We could also tell you that we are looking for someone that loves structure, is a good leader and puts passion into everything she/he does.

But all of the above are facts and expectations we already think you know is needed for this kind of role.

So what do we want to tell you?

Well it’s very simple; we want to create unique Stockholm memories to all our guest.

In order to do that you need a plan, passion, strong leadership, lots of fun and great people around you, working together towards the same vision.

Your role will be that together with the Executive Chef  create a memorable dining experience for our guest and lead the chefs in service to improve their cooking skills.

You will report to the Executive chef and is a full time duty 100%. That means you will work, Lunch, Dinner and Weekends.
